Thanks for shopping with us! Here’s everything you need to know about shipping your order.

Processing & Delivery

  • Orders are packed and shipped within 7 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

  • Once shipped, you’ll get a confirmation email with your tracking details.

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location, but you’ll usually get your order within:

  • Domestic (within your country): 7–14 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days (customs may cause delays).

Tracking Your Order

  • We’ll email you a tracking number as soon as your order is on the way.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Customs & Duties

  • For international orders, local customs or import fees may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

  • Please double-check your address at checkout. We can’t cover costs or delays caused by incorrect details.

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, email us at xtc.rip.contact@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos (if applicable), and we’ll help sort it out.
