Thank you for shopping with us! Please review our policy before placing your order.

Refunds

We do not accept refunds for change of mind, incorrect choice, or any reason other than a fault with the product.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once approved, we’ll process a refund back to your original payment method.

Exchanges (Size Changes)

We understand sizing can be tricky, so we do accept size exchanges.

To request an exchange:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable, we’ll issue store credit instead.

Important Information

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • We reserve the right to refuse exchanges or refunds if items are not returned in their original condition.
