Returns Policy
We want you to love your XTC piece. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Eligibility
- Items returned within 14 days of the delivery date
- Unworn and unwashed, in original condition
- Tags must remain attached and intact
- Items must be in original packaging where possible
- Sale or discounted items are non-refundable
How To Return
Email lolmansym@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging. Include your order number inside the parcel.
Send to our returns address using a tracked service. We recommend obtaining proof of postage. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 business days back to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, please return your item for a refund and place a new order. Note: as this is a limited drop of 50 units, size availability cannot be guaranteed.
